GHD Hassall is currently
recruiting a Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist for the Indonesia
Australia Forest Carbon Partnership Facility (IAFCP). It will be a
full-time position responsible for monitoring, evaluation and
continuous learning within the IAFCP Facility. The primary
responsibility of the position will be to enhance quality, timeliness
and focus of the work
components. This involves providing strategic advice and oversight for
the development and refinement of performance measurement mechanisms,
monitoring and evaluation systems and continuous learning strategies.
The position will be based in Jakarta with frequent travel to project
areas, and will report to the Facility Manager.Applicant Requirements:
- A post-graduate degree with a research
dissertation component, or training in advanced
research or evaluation design, conduct and management.
- Practical experience in research or
evaluation design, conduct, and management.
- An ability to communicate complex concepts simply with a range of
stakeholders in multi-cultural settings, and ability to develop and
deliver M&E capacity building activities for implementation teams.
- Experience in the delivery of development projects.
- Indonesia experience
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia (desirable)
- On-going membership of a domestic or international evaluation society
