An international funded project in Indonesia is currently expanding its working area to East Java Province at Pasuruan and Malang Districts. Due to that, we are now seeking for highly qualified Indonesians for following vacant positions:

Field Office Director (1 Position based in Malang)

Descriptions

Key skills required

Manages the Program Field Office, including responsibility for two district offices Leads the Program relationship with Bupatis and other senior government representatives Supervises Technical Advisors and District Coordinators Coordinates the work of the Program across the Districts Oversees the budget and asset management

Excellent leadership, strategic planning, diplomatic communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills
Experienced manager of complex international development programs, preferably in health
Understanding of issues affecting MNCH and of district-level responses
Demonstrated expertise in local government planning and budgeting in Indonesia


Technical Advisor, Health System Management (1 Position based in Malang)
Technical Advisor, Community Mobilization (1 Position based in Malang)


Descriptions

Key skills required

Manages the program’s relationship with participating district health offices in relation to MNCH technical and planning activities
In conjunction with program partners, identifies and oversees capacity building interventions to improve district planning and budgeting for MNCH
Works with district health offices to monitor the implementation of an integrated package of activities in support of MNCH and to identify and source technical assistance to that package as required
Provides technical support to the District-level MNCH/Safe Motherhood Committees

Technical expertise in health systems, and familiarity with key interventions relevant to MNCH (eg Puskesmas planning, DTPS, MPA etc)
Sound understanding of issues influencing MNCH
Demonstrated experience in support to local governments – particularly in local planning and budgeting
Proven ability to document program interventions as case studies
Excellent facilitation and liaison abilities



District Coordinator (2 Positions – Malang based and Pasuruan Based)




Descriptions

Key skills required

Provides technical leadership and management of programs within the relevant district
Leads the program’s relationship with the District Health Office
Ensures that program interventions support an integrated approach to district MNCH planning and implementation


Experienced manager of public health programs
Strong understanding of the role of the district health office and of district political contexts
Understanding of MNCH issues and of public and private sector resources available in support of them
Strong networks amongst NGO and civil society partners
Excellent facilitation and liaison abilities


Technical Coordinator, Health Information Systems (2 Positions)


Manages the relationship with the District Health Office in relation to Health Information Systems
Coordinates the inputs of specialist consultants in the district and assists in analysis of HIS tools and models
Provides technical inputs on HIS, including LAM/LAMAT tool

Technical expertise in HIS, including computerized systems and preferably LAMAT
Knowledge of MNCH and of key methods for collecting and analysing relevant data, especially data on deaths and near-misses
Proven ability to document program interventions as case studies
Proven ability to analysis HIS, including identification of systems improvements
Ability to conduct capacity-building needs assessments and design training or on-the-job inputs for skills development

Field Officer (9 Positions – based in Malang and based in Pasuruan )


In close partnership with local government counterparts and relevant program partners, provide technical support to villages establishing Community Health Committees and P4K activities

Experience in community mobilization, especially utilizing participatory methodologies
Demonstrated knowledge of Department of Health-approved community interventions, including familiarity with P4K
Skilled facilitator
Proven track record in working with local government partners in delivering community programs

Local Area Monitoring Officer (4 Positions base in Pasuruan)

Key Skills Required

Support puskesmas staff to institutionalize agreed programs for improved local monitoring and HIS especially in relation to MNCH
Assist HIS Coordinators and program consultants in efforts to study HIS tools

· Experience with computerized database systems, preferably related to health
· Proficiency in local area monitoring
· Good facilitation and liaison abilities


Finance & Administration Manager (1 Position – based in Malang)

Description

Key Skills required

Manages overall financial and administrative needs of the office

§ Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar position.
§ Staff management experience required
§ Understanding in USAID regulations


Finance Assistant (2 positions based in Malang and based in Pasuruan)

Descriptions

Key Skills Required

Assist the Financial Manager in all financial operations in the Field Office with a specific focus on attending all workshops, training…etc to distribute funds and collect documentation necessary for records according to HSP’s guidelines.


· Minimum 3 years applicable and practical experience in relevant areas preferably with INGO culture recognition

Accountants (2 positions based in Malang and based in Pasuruan)

Descriptions

Key Skills Required


Assist the Financial Manager in all financial operations in the Field Office with a specific focus on receiving and reviewing invoices and processing payments.

· Competency in Microsoft Office software;
· Five years experience in the fields of Accounting
· Experience in USAID financial procedures and regulations is an asset
· Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking and understanding);
· Minimum 5 years experience in the related position


Admin Assistant (2 positions based in Malang and based in Pasuruan)


Descriptions

Key Skills Required

Perform office administrative and secretarial duties ensuring adequate operational and logistic support is provided to field office staff.

· Competency in Microsoft Office software;
· Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking and understanding);
· Able to work independently and with moderate supervision;
· Excellent interpersonal skills; multitasking, self motivated
· Minimum 3years experience in the related position

Drivers (5 positions based in Malang and based in Pasuruan)

Descriptions

Key Skills Required

Providing safe, transport services for HSP program and support staff in the field. The driver will adhere to all traffic and JSI safety rules and follow the transport guidelines required by the administration department

· High school / diploma degree
· Valid driving license holder
· Must respect and adhere to all safety and traffic rules.
· Basic understanding of English and fluency in all local languages is required.
· Knowledge of East Java, routes, duty stations, project areas, the NGO and diplomatic community is required

Office Maintenance Assistant (2 positions based in Malang and based in Pasuruan)


Descriptions

Perform all duties related to the maintenance of the office and preparation of meals for HSP office. He/she must maintain a high level of hygiene and order in the kitchen and during food preparation and be in charge of the household inventory of consumables and supplies.


· High school / diploma degree
· Responsible and trustworthy, punctual, clean.
· A working knowledge of English is desired.
· Must have initiative and work largely unsupervised.
· Understands the importance of hygiene in daily operational activities
· Ability to work as a member of a team.
