Lowongan NGO - John Snow International (JSI) : Receptionist / Administration Assistant

John Snow International (JSI) is a Human Resources professional for the Health Services Program (HSP). HSP, funded by USAID, is a 4.5 years development assistance program to the Indonesia Ministry of Health, working on specific issues of maternal, child and
newborn health. We are currently looking for a suitable candidate to fill in the vacancy for Jakarta based position of Receptionist/ Admin Assistant which area of responsibilities will cover the following:

Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Screening phone calls and directing placement ; Taking down messages and delivery to the appropriate party; Sending and receiving letters, electronic mail and invoices (if any); Attending to reception of Program visitors; Assisting in arranging Program accommodation, travel, meetings and other logistical and organisational needs and office operations in order to assure smooth processes and procedures; Assisting in workshop arrangements and logistics Maintain the organizations contact database; Managing office transportation including Driver’s schedule on daily basis and keeping log book for drivers daily trips; Maintaining and control taxi voucher usage and application for business purpose only; Organizing mailing system and schedule on a proper manner for both field offices and Boston Head Quarter ; Assisting with photocopying, filing, faxing, and typing; Maintaining inventories of office equipment and office supplies;

Experiences and Skills required for this position are:
· Competency in word processing software;
· Fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking and understanding);
· Ability to work independently and with moderate supervision;
· Excellent interpersonal skills; multi tasking, and, conduct a representative attitude;
· Ability to work as a member of a team.
· Three years of experience as a receptionist /admin assistant position
