The Orangutan Conservation Services Program (OCSP), a USAID project managed
by DAI is based in Jakarta, with offices in Sumatra and Kalimantan, is
seeking an experienced Database Specialist to be based in North Sumatra



The Specialist will develop a database system to accommodate data related to
reports of wildlife crime from the field, through to tracking follow up
responses from enforcement agencies and those legal process resulting in
court convictions or otherwise. It must be designed to link with other
existing databases held be key stakeholders and have a security facility
that allows for sensitive data to be secured by enforcement agencies only.
After completion of the database, selected technicians will be trained in
its use and management.



A university degree in IT or relevant subject; and 5 years experience in
related work is required. The position is located in Medan.**

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesian required; competence in English preferred. Please
