Compassion East Indonesia is a child Development Organization, Invites
applicants for the Following Position:

1. PARTNERSHIP

FACILITATOR SUPERVISOR

The Partnership Facilitator Supervisor manages and leads a team of
Partnership Facilitators in serving with a vision to build their
capacity. Ensures Partnership Facilitators are effectively managing
Compassion's requirements as well as its obligations within the
partnership relationship. Recommends new partnerships and manages and
supports each PF in their work.

Qualifications:

· Wise and consistent behavior; stewardship, very broad and
deep expertise in the area of human growth and development, preferably
in child development.

· University degree in Management/Leadersh ip, Child
Development

· Experience
in supervision or management. Able to coach and
supervise high level, experienced facilitators.

· Five years child development or church
partnership/ development experience.

· Strong problem identification and problem solving skills.

· Skills in project proposal development.

· Able to foster open communication and accomplish goals with
many stakeholders involved. Excellent communication skills, both
written and oral.

· Developed facilitation and negotiation skills.

· Able to lead a team from a distance and with infrequent
contact.

· Committed to working with the broad spectrum.

· Ability to travel domestically and be away from home for up
to two weeks at a time and no more than 60 nights in a year.

II.PARTNERSHIP

FACILITATOR

The Partnership Facilitator is the key link in the relationship with the
`Partner and the cornerstone in Compassion's strategy to build up
the capacity of the local Partner for holistic child development. Works
with the partner to pursue the common vision and goals reflected in the
child/CSP mother-child, sponsor/donor and partner development outcomes.
Responsible for Compassion's side of the partnership relationship as
reflected in the Program Field Manual (PFM) and relates with partners in
a manner characterized by mutual respect, trust, and service.

Qualifications:

· maturity characterized, heart for ministry.

· Bachelor's degree is required, with a preference
towards field-related Social Sciences, Management.

· A minimum of three years professional or intensive
volunteer experience relevant to managing ministry and/or other service
activities.

· Strong interpersonal relationship skills conducive to
utilizing facilitation, collaboration and negotiation and establishing
trusting relationships with a wide variety of people.

· Ability to work with only occasional supervision.

· Good leadership, general management, and problem-solving
skills. Ability to reflect Compassion's Leadership Principles.

· Customer service orientation.

· Ability and desire to learn new things.

· Good written communication skills and strong verbal
communication skills
.

· Committed to working with the broad spectrum

· Ability to travel domestically and be away from home for up
to two weeks at a time and no more than 100 nights in a year. Travel
will vary downward depending on the location of church partners and
whether or not the person is field-based.

III. CHILD SURVIVAL PROGRAM

The Child Survival Program Specialist interprets and contextualizes
global CSP parameters. Supports the implementation of CSP with local
partner as a subject matter expert, collaborator in curriculum
development, and group-level trainer. Monitors and evaluates CSP
outcomes, indicators and activities.

Qualifications:

* Mature and above reproach in integrity and honesty.
* University degree in Early Childhood Development, Social Sciences,
Pediatrics or Public Health, or related area of expertise.
* Three years experience in early childhood development, pediatric
health or related area.
* Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating early
childhood programs
.
* Ability to support, train and coach program generalists in Child
Survival Program implementation
.
* Ability to integrate and analyze program data and provide clear
reporting, interpretation and recommendations on program strategies and
implementation.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in
technical writing and curriculum development.
* Computer proficiency, experience with the Internet, applications of
Microsoft Office and presentation and publication software.
* Able to work collaboratively cross-culturally,
inter-denominationa lly and cross-organizationa lly.
* Intermediate English skills are preferred.

IV. FIELD COMMUNICATION SPECIALIST

The Field Communications Specialist is responsible for the delivery of
quality story content for customized use by the Partner Country (PaCos).

Qualifications :

· Mature person, and is above reproach in integrity and
honesty.

· Ability to write and speak fluently in English to ensure
clear understanding of assignments and deliver content and information
that satisfies Partner Country audience needs.

· Formal education in journalism or other area of
communications or demonstrated excellence in interviewing, writing and
self-editing journalist-style stories. Must be able to shoot
journalistic photos and commission/manage others who do.

· Excellent interpersonal communications skills for story
subject interviewing, especially children, vendor management and
promotion of teamwork.

· Must integrate well with other service providers within the
Program Communications Team to deliver a complete service to Partner
Country clients.

· Cross-cultural adaptability. Exposure to and understanding
of Partner Country audiences required, with ability to adapt in-country
to multicultural environments.

· 70-75% travel, with overnights often in remote areas and
widely varied environments.

· Understands the sponsor/donor mindset—what moves them
to deeper understanding of poverty and deeper commitment to advocacy and
action on behalf of poor children.

· Understanding of poverty and its socio-emotional effect on
children. Responds with sensitivity and wisdom in situations where
traumatic experiences are exposed through story interviews.
