Human Resource Specialist (HRS)
( Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
a) Reporting to: Remuneration and Recruitment Manager
b) Purpose of job:
1. Implement manpower planning, recruitment and remuneration activities, including maintaining HRIS, job description and job evaluation to support line managers in managing their human resources.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
a) Hold S1 degree in any field
b) Having 1 -2 years experience in HR function
c) Fresh Graduates who are interested in a career in Human Resource Management are welcome to apply (GPA min 2.8)
d) Computer background would be an advantage
e) English language proficiency
f) MS Office literate (Word, Excel, Power Point)
