IT MAINTENANCE

SCOPE OF WORKS

Hardware Knowledge:

a) Replacing memory

b) Replacing Hard disk

c) Backup data Hard disk

d) Replacing LCD

e) Familiar with soldering

f) Knowledge on PC hardware and repairing

g) Knowledge on ADSL modem and software setting

h) Responsible for Telkom Phone Line maintenance

i) Responsible for Flexi Phone Line and refill voucher

j) Responsible for Mading

k) Responsible for all LAN cables connection

l) Responsible for pak Setiyo server maintenance

m) Responsible for FAX and PABX maintenance and setting

n) Knowledge on PABX setting

o) Responsible for maintaining internet connection

p) Responsible for IT tools inventory, especially for user laptops

q) Responsible for office phone extension line

r) Responsible to maintain rental property : Canon Photocopier and Sharp Laser Printer

s) Responsible to repair laptop and PC

t) Responsible to support user for troubleshooting problems on their PC/Laptop

u) Collect photos for making XT ID Card

Software Knowledge

a) Installing Windows

b) Installing Antivirus

c) Updating Antivirus

d) Checking virus on user PC

e) Knowledge with Proxy and Mandrake server

f) Knowledge with PABX billing software

g) Knowledge with Switch Software

h) Preparing laptop software for user

i) Maintaining IT Inventory.

j) Knowledge of File Server and Active Directory in Windows server

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE JOB

a) S1 Degree majoring in IT, from Reputable University

b) Male Age 25 - 30 years old

c) At least 1 year experience as a system and network administration.

d) Knowledgeable in Windows NT, Windows 95.

e) Knowledge in Microsoft 97, MS Exchange,

f) Understand the function of LAN, WAN.

TESTER

JOB DESCRIPTION

a) Test work of BTS, RBS, Transmission

b) To carry out test work in accordance with applicable instructions

c) To collect and have access to the information necessary for carrying out the tasks commissioned

d) Plan and organize the test work

e) Check that tools, documentation and other aids are available

f) Perform system test

g) Perform other task that maybe necessary to finish the site

REQUIREMENT

a) D3/S1 degree in Telecommunication

b) Experience with Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei instuments

c) Fresh Graduate are encourage to apply (become: a tester trainee)

d) Good administrative skills

e) Ability to work with minimum supervisor

f) Ability to co-operate and be creative

g) Enthusiastic and able to make full commitment to his/her work

h) Good level of understanding of written and spoken English

i) Good interpersonal and communication skills

j) Self motivated and well organized with analytical ability

k) Occasionally will be involved in installation activities

l) Ability to climb when working with products installed in towers

m) Ability to work anywhere in Indonesia
