Vacancy - International Federation Red Cross and Red Crescent ( IFRC ) : National Asset Analyst

International Federation Red Cross and Red Crescent ( IFRC ) on behalf of American Red Cross Tsunami Recovery Program (TRP) had been established to direct the organization’s response to the South Asia tsunami disaster. The TRP activities focus on integrated community recovery and preparedness interventions in tsunami affected
countries in Asia

The Indonesia TRP Delegation operates from offices in Banda Aceh, Calang, Lamno. It also has liaison offices in Jakarta, and other areas in Aceh province in collaboration with the Indonesian Red Cross.

We are seeking dynamic individuals to fill the :

POSITION : National Asset Analyst
No of Hired : 1 Person
Base of Assignment : Banda Aceh
Type of contract : Consultant

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Become familiar with the physical inventory list and asset locations
· Perform a physical count of all assets
· Compare physical count results with information on the inventory list
· Review records from the finance, procurement, and logistics units
· Work with logistics staff to edit the asset list as necessary with procurement manager
· Review equipment receipt and equipment sign out documents
· Inform management of any irregularities or missing equipment
· Prepare final report and inventory list


· At least 3 years experience working in logistics, procurement, and or warehousing
· Accounting and auditing experience a plus
· Ability to plan, coordinate and monitor own work plan
· Good interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working
· Good writing and speaking skills in English and Indonesian
