In partnership with Kemitraan, Tiri is seeking a competent and experienced
Indonesian with high personal integrity and deep understanding on the systemic
Integrity issues to fill the positionof :

Senior Programme Manager, Indonesia Integrity Education Network, Jakarta (SPM
IPIEN)

Job Summary
The Senior Programme Manager is responsible for building and implementing all
aspects of a strategy designed to promote Tiri’s Integrity Education Network
(IEN) programme in Indonesia. This strategy includes building on existing
programmes and activities in the IEN programme within Indonesia. The Senior
Programme Manager is Tiri’s primary representative for IEN in Indonesia and
will work to identify and mobilise new partner educational institutions across
the country and forge new partnerships to better meet IEN objectives and
fulfill Tiri’s mission. He or she will be engaged in producing and distributing
educational materials, conceptualising and organising events to convene
stakeholders and advancing IEN goals across Indonesia. The Senior Programme
Manager contributes to the work of the IEN team overall, assisting in setting
standards and developing systems and tools to achieve high-quality impact.

Key Responsibilities
1. Network coordination

3. Reporting and evaluation
4. Coordinate Tiri’s overall presence in Indonesia

Essential Requirements
1. Professionalism and competence in areas ranging from strategic thinking
to attention to detail, as well as capacities like advanced research, web and
computer skills.
2. Management and administrative skills, including programme planning,
project management, budget management, events management, monitoring and
evaluation.
3. Fluency in written/spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia, including the
ability to write according to high academic standards.

4. An advanced degree (Master’s level) is a requirement; a Ph.D. is an
added advantage.
5. Ability and willingness to travel across Indonesia.
6. Flexibility, adaptability, and engagement, including the ability to work
independently and juggle multiple and evolving priorities.
7. Excellent negotiation, interpersonal and communications skills,
including credibility with senior academics, educational administrators, media
and others.
8. Experience in university-level teaching and/or training professionals.
9. Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
