Baseline Study Restoring Coastal Livelihoods in South Sulawesi
Restoring Coastal Livelihood (RCL) Program, a joint cooperation between Oxfam GB
and Oxfam CANADA, funded by Canadian International Development Agencies (CIDA)
working at South Sulawesi is looking for qualified Consultant to conduct
baseline study at four district areas (Barru, Pankajene Kepulauan, Marros, and
Takalar).
Targeted to coastal west community at South Sulawesi to increase economic
security through sustainable renewable natural resources by increasing household
income, more diversify income generating activity and capacity building of
community and government on coastal resources management. Consultant expected to
carry out gender sensitive baseline study to measure base information on
project performance indicators and other information related to project context.
It should employ mix method of quantitative and qualitative data collection and
methodology. Detail information on TOR and indicators can be seen in attached
documents.
General Requirement:
- Having experiences on Baseline Study for similar projects (livelihoods and
coastal resources management including mangrove rehabilitation.
- Having experiences working with International NGO
- Strong knowledge and experiences in gender sensitive issues and study.
- Fluency in English both reading and writing.
- Familiarity with local context, and language will be preferable
