A. HIV PROJECT MANAGER - MANADO BASED

Palang Merah Indonesia and The Netherlands Red Cross (NLRC) are seeking a suitable candidate to implemented the PMI HIV programme Project Manager – Manado Based

Position : Project Manager of HIV/AIDS project at Chapter level

Responsible to
· Chapter and NHQ

Tasks
GENERAL:
v Conduct Monitoring, coordination and supervision, as well as give suggestion of problems concerning the project.

Requirement
· Bachelor degree is essential
· Has experience in similar position
· Having experience in community based programme, HIV and AIDS, participatory and facilitating training
· Excellent in English
· Experience with report writing and finance management
· Excellent knowledge on computer operation (windows, excel, powerpoint and internet)
· Willingness and ability to interact with multi level personnel from various background on regular basis as well as working with key populations.
· Ability to work adapt quickly in demanding environment
· Ability to express idea, thought and concept in concise and clear simple manner
· Pervious working experience with PMI, PNS and NGO/self support group is desirable

Responsible to
· Project Manager & Chapter

Tasks

GENERAL:
v To maintain finance and administration as well as assist the PM concerning the project.

Requirement
· Diploma degree is essential
· Has experience in similar position
· Having experience in community based programme, HIV and AIDS, participatory and facilitating training
· Experience with report writing and finance management
· Excellent knowledge on computer operation (windows, excel, powerpoint and internet)
· Willingness and ability to interact with multi level personnel from various background on regular basis as well as working with key populations.
· Ability to work adapt quickly in demanding environment
· Ability to express idea, thought and concept in concise and clear simple manner

Position : Project Officer of Branch HIV/AIDS Project

Responsible to
· PMI Branch and Chapter

Tasks

GENERAL:
v Conduct Monitoring, coordination and supervision, as well as give suggestion of problems concerning the project.

Requirement
· At least graduated from senior high school/diploma
· Has experience in similar position
· Having experience in community based programme, HIV and AIDS, participatory and facilitating training
· Experience with report writing and finance management
· Excellent knowledge on computer operation (windows, excel, powerpoint and internet)
· Willingness and ability to interact with multi level personnel from various background on regular basis as well as working with key populations.
· Ability to work adapt quickly in demanding environment
· Ability to express idea, thought and concept in concise and clear simple manner
· Pervious working experience with PMI, PNS and NGO/self support group is desirable
