An International Radio Ministry ( CVC) is seeking for highly motivated and experienced national staff , for the position below:

Position : Web Specialist – Audience Developer

Summary of Position:

Creates content and functionality that
facilitates a growth in audience for CVC’s radio and multimedia services

location of duty :

The web
specialist person will be located at Bandung,
West java

Person Profile:

Has a passion for CVC’s target market and
understands their culture, motivations and aspirations

Is an active participant in the latest
online culture and derives personal pleasure from it

Clear insight into online trends, whether
mobile, wired or wireless

Works well with both individuals and
companies/agencies, internally and externally

Has a strong drive for innovation,
creativity and people networking

Is strong in visual communication,
understanding the importance of relevant graphics

Is flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced
environment

Understands how to measure and review
results and meet deadlines

A self-starter in developing new ideas and
bringing them to life and success

Qualifications:

Related Degree

English and Station Language Fluency

Strong
interpersonal and oral and written communications skills at a very high level;

Experience
of working with development projects, preferably in Indonesia;

Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).

Teamwork experience

Experience, Knowledge, and
Abilities:

High level of PC/Web/Social Network
literacy and knowledge

Proficient in website usability and target
audience usage

Strong communications skills – verbal and
written

Contemporary understanding of colloquial
target “language”

Strong interpersonal skills and experience
in influencing different groups of people at different levels e.g. technical
developers, designers, senior management

Excellent organizational and time
management together with proven ability in meeting deadline

Knowledge and awareness of future
developments in related technologies and cultures

Understand and
well operate Corel Draw, Photoshop and other Multimedia software is an
advantage

Good knowledge
some web languages ( Javascript, PHP, CMS or Drupal ) is preferably

Duties:

Establishes multiple social network
presences to reflect the variety of entities to be promoted

Works with web designer to create,
maintain, and improve website and its functionality

Works with graphic designer to maintain a
fresh and relatable online presence

Maintains website and online presences, updating
and incorporating new content on a daily basis

Monitors website to ensure its ongoing
improvement

Optimise integration with CVC’s Response
Development System (RDS)

Works with GI Manager on both ideas and
implementation of marketing plans

Implements search optimization mechanisms
to raise CVC’s online profile

Reports on all areas of job activity

Monitors and Reports on competitors’
e-presence.

Researches and presents target market
needs

The
position is opened for Indonesian only and high level of spoken English

required.
