Our client, a sole implementation partner for Business Performance Management, Risk Management, and Incentive Management world class software in Indonesia, based in Jakarta, is seeking candidates for the following positions:
1. Sales Director (code H-1)
• Target oriented to achieve annual sales quota, aggressive, independent, high level of confidence.
• Being an Executive, should have strong leadership in product/market development, as well as overseeing technical team.
• Has around 5 years of experience in doing IT software solution sales.
2. Project Manager (2 persons, code H-2)
• Has around 5 years in leading full cycle implementation processes (user requirement, scoping, design, customization/ development, testing, documentation, training, maintenance, etc.).
• Has good leadership in managing technical team and project.
• Has good interpersonal relationship with clients.
3. Functional Consultant (code H-3)
• Has strong functional background in one/more areas: finance, accounting, banking, insurance, production, etc.
4. Product Manager (code H-4)
• Interested to go in-depth one/more product and be ready to act as Pre-Sales Consultant.
5. Business Analyst (code H-5)
• Doing implementation and technical support roles, creative in alternative solutions.
General requirements:
• Good in health, leadership, personality, communicative, and integrity.
• Has relevant education background and working experience.
• Eager to learn, develop, and share for stronger team.
• Creative, independent, passion to grow.
