CWS Indonesiais an international non-governmental development organization, working in various locations in Indonesia with the aim of improving the lives of poor and vulnerable Indonesians, is searching for a Program Officer based in Poso, Central Sulawesi.

Requirements:

1. A Degree in Psychology or Sociology/ Humanity is preferable
2. Familiar with participatory approaches and methodologies
3. Knowledge in conducting research or surveys
4. Experience in interpersonal skills with ability to motivate/counsel local partners/community.
5. Should have the ability to interact and communicate with a wide range of stakeholders (local NGOs, local government, and beneficiaries)
6. Good monitoring and report-writing skills
7. Having a commitment to help people
8. Knowledge on discrimination and its effects
9. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and to multi tasking
10. Having at least 2 years experiences in working with INGO or international environment is
11. beneficial
12. Good command of both written and spoken English
13. Computer literate
14. Willing to stay in remote area
15. Willing to spend at least fifty percent of his/her time visiting different projects in the field.
