Main Duties:

Qualifications:

The selected candidate will be an Indonesian national meeting the following criteria:
-University degree, preferably in food technology, rural development or another relevant discipline;
-Minimum age 40-45 years with at least 10 years of practical experience in projects management or civil service;
-Experience on project implementation with NGOs or other donor funded initiatives,
-Experience in working within UN-system, preferably knowledgeable on UNIDO administrative routines
-Good knowledge of project management activities and coordination, including project monitoring and evaluation; understanding of conflict management.

The Information Technology (IT) Specialist is an essential position
which keeps all the network and communication systems at post

OBJECTIVE
The Contracts and Grants Specialist is responsible for administering subcontract and grants activities from proposal stage through contract award through close-out and audit.

TASKS
• Prepare a subcontract summary or description of new subcontracts and grants
• Draft/handle subcontract and grant related correspondence
• Monitor obligated amounts and funding within subcontract and grant requirements
• Monitor compliance with subcontract and grant terms and conditions
• Input subcontract and grant administration data into subcontract and grants databases

Responsibilities:
Developers would work in an Agile development environment including test driven development and continuous build processes to create nation-wide large system prototypes for our customer which will house and handle up to millions of customer records. The Agile Web Application Developer will:
• Be responsible for the whole Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements to deployment;

BACKGROUND

SAFE aims to bring a technical approach that addresses the underlying incentives that drive the commercial poultry sector in Indonesia to address biosecurity and good farming practices (GFP). SAFE will engage Indonesian entrepreneurs who are willing to pilot new approaches and demonstrate best practices, and spur a larger movement toward integration of GFP and biosecurity into day-to-day operations.

TASKS
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Analyze disease risk within targeted sectors and identify opportunities for interventions to decrease these risks together with other members of the team;
• Identify new private sector partners i.e. companies, organizations, associations, etc. for providing the desired interventions;
• On the basis of consultations with private sector and partner organizations, professional experience and input from the other team specialists, formulate partnership models to be piloted;
• Define appropriate strategies for working with the private sector drawing upon personal experience and knowledge;
• Identify incentives that will stimulate demand for biosecurity services by private sector partners;
• Assist with marketing strategy, to include business case, supporting data and materials, to serve as tools when meeting with private sector businesses;
• Identify critical avian influenza control points within Sector 1-3 value chains and analyze their impacts on producers, uptake of biosecurity services and their financial implications;
• Identify and formally bring together the appropriate entities to constitute the model pilot biosecurity service partnerships;
• Develop mutually beneficial agreements with service providers and participating producers spelling out clearly their respective roles and responsibilities as well as the support SAFE will provide under the pilot program;
• Provide each pilot program with targeted technical assistance in the design and implementation of biosecurity program and good farming practices; and
• Based on audit results, offer suggestions to pilot service providers for improving performance.

REQUIREMENTS
• DVM or advanced degree relevant to commercial poultry production preferred but not required
• Experience designing and implementing biosecurity programs for large and small poultry operations
• Experience with good farm management practices and animal/poultry disease prevention
• A minimum of 8 years applied management experience with commercial poultry farms
• Experience with the business side of poultry production
• Demonstrated success in the development of public private partnerships
• Previous collaboration with international organizations such as FAO and OIE preferred
• Bahasa Indonesian and English fluency required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

livelihoods, emergency response and disaster risk reduction. Save the Children partners with children, communities, local organizations and the government of Indonesia to transform the lives of Indonesia children and their families. Currently Save the Children has an immediate need for experienced staffs to improve the well-being of children by integrating water and sanitation facilities and hygiene promotion in 225 primary schools in three provinces of Indonesia with this project. The post based will be defined between NTT or South Sulawesi.

Save the Children in Indonesia (SCiIDN) proposes to improve the well-being of children by integrating water and sanitation facilities and hygiene promotion in 225 primary schools in three provinces of Indonesia: Papua (Sorong District), NTT (Belu District) and Sulawesi (Soppeng District). In partnership with UNICEF and Care, the WISE (WASH in Schools Empowerment) program will support four main activities: 1) design and construction of cost-efficient, low-technology sanitation facilities in schools, 2) hygiene promotion in schools and communities,
3) creation of an enabling environment for improving sanitation, and 4) monitoring, evaluation, learning, and sharing of best practices. Save the Children will lead the three agencies in planning, implementing, and monitoring school-based activities, including hygiene promotion in
schools, training teachers and parents about good hygiene behavior, expanding the Little Doctors (Doktor Kecil) peer education program, and improving school-based management of hygiene activities.

In addition, with funding from Wrigley's SCiIDN will integrate an oral health component into WISE. This will include 1) distribution of toothbrush/tool paste, 2) integration of school based oral health promotion into the curriculum and school activities, and 3) school based
dental checks.

WISE (WASH in Schools Empowerment) Project Manager
(code: WISE PM) - 1 post

The WISE Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for the financial management, programmatic implementation and monitoring/evaluation of the WISE project, and integrated Wrigley-funded activities. The PM will be the primary representative of SC in the WISE Consortium and for project stakeholders including but not limited to provincial and district
education officials and other Government of Indonesia counterparts. S/he is expected to travel regularly to the three project areas (South Sulawesi, NTT and Papua) as well as to Jakarta for SC, Wise and other representational meetings. S/he will also produce draft programmatic
reports and approve submission to Jakarta of draft field-level financial
reports.

The incumbent is responsible to provide secretarial, administrative, finance and program-related support to SC/SNL Program Manager to ensure the programme in line with Save the Children objectives.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Provide team leadership in project strategy, management and monitoring and evaluation to ensure achievement of the WISE and Wrigley's project's objectives in accordance with the approved results framework and project design.

2. Through regular communication and collaboration with Care and UNICEF Wise Project teams ensure SC detailed implementation plan, and M and E framework is synchronized with WISE consortium work plan and M and E framework.

3. Provide effective management and supervision to project team including two district managers, hygiene specialist, oral health specialist, project officer, and admin/finance support staff.

4. Ensure financial resources are effectively and efficiently managed according to approved WISE and Wrigley's budget, donor requirements and regulations, and SCiIDN financial controls. Incooperation with Program Director/Senior Health Manager and grants unit conduct financial planning and request budget realignment when necessary.

5. Establish and develop strong and effective relationships with key government and non government stakeholders at provincial and district level to improve WASH and oral health in schools, including health and education authorities, UNICEF provincial/district staff, and local and international NGOs.

6. Ensure timely submission of high quality Dubai Care and Wrigley's donor reports, monthly project manager reports, case studies, and SCiIDN monthly, quarterly and annual reports.

7. Ensure high quality technical implementation and monitoring and evaluation of all project interventions according to global best practices, WISE standards, and lessons learned from SC SHN and WASH programming in Indonesia and globally.

8. Maintain regular communication with SC School Health and Nutrition Unit to report on Wise project activities and to engage in global discussions on WASH/SHN best practices

9. Contribute to overall SCiIDN program by being an active participant in SC Extended Senior Management Team, actively sharing WISE program progress and lessons learned, contributing to the development of country annual plan and through participation in quarterly meetings, and
contribution to country office annual plan and report.

Requirements:

* Bachelors University Degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
* At least 5 years work experience with non-government organizations in the areas of health, or education and in managing development programs, preferably with international NGOs.

Desirable Qualifications:

University degree in civil engineering with a combination of relevant

management planning, evaluation and project controls. Ability to prepare
clear and concise reports. good knowledge in local Indonesian SNI codes
and standards is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such

Project summary:

USAID Indonesia awarded AED (Academy for Educational Development) a field
support grant through the C-CHANGE (Communication for Change) program in
Indonesia. The C-CHANGE program in Indonesia aims to ensure that the new
diarrhea treatment for children under five using ORS and ZINC is sustainable
and at scale in Indonesia. In Indonesia, zinc has been adopted by KemenKes
for the treatment of childhood diarrhea. By July 2010 ten pharmaceutical
companies marketed various zinc products in the market. In the public sector
zinc is already a Program Drug. One of the C-Change key goals is to include
zinc in the Essential Drug List (EDL) for Public health sector; this is a
critical way to ensure the scale up of the correct diarrhea treatment for
children under five.

Position summary:

The EDL (Essential Drug List) and Government Liaison is a Consultant
position. He/she is an experienced person in building communication with
government people in Ministry of Health (MOH), and key health professionals.
This position will work closely with the Country Director to achieve the
goal of including zinc in the EDL and engaging the public sector in
increasing the promotion of zinc treatment.

Scope of Work:

a) Planning, developing steps, timing and proposed budget for
activities based on the brief given by Country Director.

b) Initiate and coordinate meetings with partners such as with MOH,
WHO, IDAI and other necessary stake holders for the upcoming EDL review in
2011.

c) Providing support for the partner group in ensuring that everyone
has the same understanding about the latest diarrhea treatment protocol for
child under five.

d) Ensuring that backup plan is also implemented and progress is
monitored

e) Ensuring that the plan will include dissemination result post EDL
review to necessary stake holders

g) The additional task will also be a government relation for C-CHANGE

Education: General Practitioner, Degree in Public Health or other
relevant field

Experience:

a) Mandatory to have established good relationship with the government
(MOH), and key doctors. More than 15 years of project or organization
experience working closely in health related programs.

b) Show result of past working experience in the capability of working
in the program and or consultant that has high relevance with Public Health,
and show target achievement oriented manner in the given time frame

c) Ability to work in multi tasks, work independently and
cooperatively in a team. Previous experience in working with USAID-funded

The Project Background:

MCHIP's global strategy is to accelerate the reduction of maternal,
newborn, and child (MNCH) mortality in 30 USAID priority countries. In
Indonesia MCHIP, a consortium led by JHPEGIO, aims to accelerate the
reduction of maternal neonatal morbidity and mortality toward
achievement of MDG's 4 and 5. The program objective is to increase
utilization of quality district based integrated MNCH services, and
practice of health maternal and neonatal behaviors. This 18 month
project will achieve its objective by improving practices at the
community level, improving clinical services from along the home to
hospital continuum and improving management of the district health
system. MCHIP will work and within the districts of Bireuen, Kutai Timur
and Serang. Save the Children is responsible for the technical on
newborn health and community programs, as well as program implementation
for District Bireun.

to enhance quality of life.  Unfortunately, ordinary citizens often feel that
they do not have the authority to hold public officials accountable for policies
and how they are implemented.  This (mis) perceived lack of authority means that
policy development is often unmonitored and dominated by backroom political
dealings, collusion and corruption. 

Based on this understanding, the SIAP II Consortium have develop a set of
programmatic components that aim to create a citizenry that is more actively
engaged in ensuring greater accountability in Government.  Because it is not
possible to provide assistance to each and every individual citizen, it is
necessary to provide support to institutions that have a broad reach to a wide
range of citizens; such as CSOs, media, and educational institutions that can
serve key roles in supporting and enhancing the capacity of ordinary citizens in
demanding greater accountability from the government.

Summary of Responsibilities:

will be responsible for:


1. Managing and supervising the provision of general medical care and

registered under the management and care of IOM; while establishing mechanisms
to adhere to confidentiality of medical information. When necessary, organize
and facilitate the national/local deployment of a Medical Team to conduct
initial medical examination and care of migrants in coordination with Senior
Migration Health Physician and operations colleagues.
3. Undertake health needs assessments of the migrant population with attention
to health determinants and provide guidance to IOM operational and Health staff
to assure provisions to meet those needs; maintain an ongoing monitoring system
to assure adequacy of such service provisions.

4. Identify, advocate and define on special care needs for individuals/groups
and liaise with relevant actors to facilitate the service provisions, including
guiding and monitoring of service provisions by IOM staff.
5. Identify locally available health resources for curative care at different
levels including for medical emergencies; establish a documented cost system for
health care provisions for migrants in coordination with the Head of Office,
Finance officers and Health Unit in Jakarta. 
1. Ensure that an efficient response for emergency medical events are in place
and carry out periodic drills to check functionality of the system.

2. Provide primary level preventive and curative care consultations for
migrants on a regular basis as prescheduled and informed to the migrants and
other relevant actors and establish a transparent, confidentiality assured
feedback system to receive beneficiary feedback on the services provided.
3. Ensuring the completion of pre-departure medical check up for fitness to
travel for migrants who are willing to return home voluntarily and for migrants
travelling under the auspices of IOM as requested and provide recommendations
and support for their journey based on the IOM Medical escort Guidelines.
4. Monitoring and ensuring the proper storage, maintenance and procurement of
basic medical equipments and supplies for the IOM Migration Health Clinic
including Emergency Medical Kits, Medical Escorts Kits, Mobile Migration Health
Assessment Kits and others.
5. Gathering, managing, analysis and reporting of health and psychosocial data
on migrants.
6. Writing, reviewing (reports of team members), consolidating and submitting
individual case reports, monthly progress and statistical reports and their

7. Undertake other duties as assigned by Senior Migration Health Advisor.
Desirable qualifications:

Registered Physician in Indonesia.  University Degree in Medicine with at least
five years clinical experience in General Practice and/or Family Medicine.
Previous work experience dealing with the health management and care of
vulnerable groups; delivery of public health services , TB program , STI and
reproductive health services and/or HIV/ AIDS programming are distinct
advantages.  Proven capacity to develop and supervise quality control/assurance
mechanisms in medical activities.  Understanding of biostatistics and basic

   d. Seluruh tahapan proses seleksi ini tidak dipungut biaya apapun.
   II. PERSYARATAN UMUM
   a. Warga Negara Indonesia yang bertaqwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, setia, dan taat kepada Pancasila, UUD 1945, dan Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia .
     
   b. Berkelakuan baik dan tidak pernah dihukum penjara atau kurungan berdasarkan
       putusan pengadilan yang memiliki kekuatan hukum tetap.
   c. Tidak pernah diberhentikan dengan hormat tidak atas permintaan sendiri atau tidak dengan hormat sebagai PNS/Anggota TNI/Polri atau diberhentikan tidak dengan hormat sebagai pegawai swasta.
   d. Tidak berkedudukan sebagai CPNS atau Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) dan tidak sedang terikat perjanjian/kontrak kerja dengan instansi lain.
   e. Tidak bersuami/beristrikan seorang yang berkewarganegaraan asing atau tanpa
        kewarganegaraan.
   f. Sehat jasmani dan rohani.
   g. Bersedia menjalani ikatan dinas selama 5 ( lima ) tahun dan ditempatkan di seluruh wilayah Negara Republik Indonesia  atau negara lain yang ditentukan oleh Pemerintah.
     
     
     
   III. PERSYARATAN KHUSUS
   A. PEJABAT DIPLOMATIK DAN KONSULER (DIPLOMAT/PDK)
   a. Berijazah Sarjana (S-1) atau Magister/Master (S-2):
   1. Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik (Jurusan Ilmu Politik, Hubungan Internasional, Studi
   Kawasan, Ilmu Komunikasi/Hubungan Masyarakat, Ilmu Pemerintahan dan

   2. Ilmu Hukum (Hukum Perdata, Hukum Pidana, Hukum Bisnis, Hukum
   Internasional, Hukum Administrasi Negara).
   3. Ilmu Ekonomi (Jurusan Manajemen Pemasaran dan Studi Pembangunan).
   4. Sastra/Ilmu Pengetahuan Budaya ( Arab , China , Inggris, Jepang, Perancis,
   Rusia, Jerman dan Spanyol).
   b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, atau Perguruan Tinggi luar negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK:
   Sarjana (S-1) minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima ); dan
   Magister/Master (S-2) minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol).

   C. PETUGAS KOMUNIKASI (PK)
   a. Berijazah Diploma 3 (D-3):
   1. Jurusan Teknik Telekomunikasi;
   2. Jurusan Teknik Informatika;
   3. Jurusan Teknik Komputer;
   4. Jurusan Teknologi Informasi; dan
   5. Jurusan Matematika.
   b. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, atau Perguruan Tinggi luar negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK: minimal 2,75 (dua koma tujuh lima).
   c. Menguasai bahasa Inggris dengan baik (lisan dan tulisan) dan/atau bahasa
   PBB/asing lainnya ( Arab , China , Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, Jerman dan Spanyol).

   D. DOKTER UMUM DAN DOKTER GIGI
   a. Lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Negeri, Perguruan Tinggi Swasta, atau Perguruan Tinggi luar negeri yang program studinya terakreditasi oleh Badan Akreditasi Nasional Perguruan Tinggi pada saat tanggal kelulusan, dengan persyaratan IPK Profesi dokter minimal 3,00 (tiga koma nol nol).
   b. Memiliki Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) sebagai Dokter/Dokter Gigi yang dikeluarkan oleh Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia .
   c. Tidak sedang mengikuti Program Pendidikan Dokter Spesialis (PPDS) atau Program Pendidikan Dokter Gigi Spesialis (PPDGS).
   d. Berusia maksimum 32 tahun pada tanggal 1 Desember 2010 (lahir setelah 30
   November 1978).
     
   IV. PENDAFTARAN
   a. Melakukan registrasi online melalui situs http://e-cpns.deplu.go.id mulai tanggal 7 Agustus 2010 pukul 09.00 WIB dan mencetak formulir registrasi beserta pernyataan menyetujui ketentuan dan syarat yang ditetapkan.
   b. Disamping melakukan registrasi online, peserta harus mengirimkan berkas lamaran kepada Panitia Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu Tahun Anggaran 2010 melalui Pos Tercatat mulai tanggal 7 Agustus 2010 (CAP POS) dan berakhir pada tanggal 24 Agustus 2010 (CAP POS), serta sudah harus diterima Panitia selambat-lambatnya tanggal 27 Agustus 2010, ditujukan kepada: Ketua Panitia Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu TA 2010 PO BOX 2902 JKP 10029 (untuk PDK)
   PO BOX 2903 JKP 10029 (untuk BPKRT) PO BOX 2904 JKP   10029  (untuk PK)  PO BOX   2900 JKP 10029  (untuk Dokter)
   c. Setiap Pelamar hanya diperkenankan mengirimkan satu berkas lamaran dan mendaftar hanya untuk satu kategori seleksi PDK, BPKRT, PK atau Dokter.
   d. Registrasi online baru akan diproses setelah Panitia menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui Pos Tercatat.
   e. Panitia hanya menerima berkas lamaran yang disampaikan melalui PO BOX tersebut di atas dan tidak menerima format penyampaian lamaran lainnya.
   f. Formulir Registrasi harus dilengkapi dengan melampirkan:
   i.  Surat Pernyataan Menyetujui Ketentuan dan Syarat yang telah dicetak dibubuhi
   meterai Rp. 6.000,00;
   ii. Fotokopi KTP yang masih berlaku/Fotokopi Paspor bagi Pelamar dari luar negeri;
   iii. Daftar Riwayat Hidup terakhir sesuai dengan format yang telah disediakan;
   iv. Satu lembar fotokopi ijazah (D-3, S-1 atau S-2) berikut transkrip nilai yang sudah dilegalisir (cap basah dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Dekan/Direktur Program atau Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas bagi lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri (Surat Keterangan Kelulusan/Ijazah Sementara dapat diterima, dengan syarat Pelamar dapat menyertakan Surat Pernyataan dari Pimpinan Universitas yang menyatakan bahwa pihak Universitas sudah dapat mengeluarkan Ijazah Asli sebelum tanggal 15 Oktober 2010. Bagi Pelamar yang tidak dapat menunjukkan Ijazah Asli, maka yang bersangkutan dinyatakan gugur dan tidak dapat mengikuti Ujian Tahap Akhir);
     
   Catatan: bagi lulusan luar negeri yang memiliki transkrip nilai tidak berskala 4.0
   harap melampirkan konversi transkrip nilai dengan skala 4.0 . Bagi Pelamar untuk mengisi formasi Dokter / Dokter Gigi agar melampirkan:
   - Fotokopi Ijazah Sarjana Kedokteran berikut transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir (cap basah dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Dekan/Direktur Program atau Ditjen Dikti Depdiknas bagi lulusan Perguruan Tinggi Luar Negeri
   - Fotokopi Ijazah Profesi dokter berikut transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir (cap basah dan tanda tangan asli) oleh Dekan/Direktur Program
   - Fotokopi STR yang diterbitkan oleh Konsil Kedokteran Indonesia
   - Fotokopi Sertifikat Keteladanan dari pemerintah (bila ada)
   - Surat Pernyataan tidak sedang mengikuti PPDS/PPDGS yang telah dicetak dan
   dibubuhi materai Rp 6000,- 
   v. Fotokopi Akte Kelahiran;
   vi. Asli surat Keterangan berbadan sehat yang dikeluarkan oleh dokter Puskesmas/RSUD/RSUP/RS TNI/Polri terbaru (3 bulan terakhir);
   vii. Fotokopi tanda pencari kerja (kartu kuning Kemenakertrans) yang masih berlaku;
   viii. Asli Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) yang masih berlaku;
   ix. Pas foto terakhir ukuran 4x6 cm (berwarna) sesuai dengan kriteria foto sebanyak 3 lembar: 1 lembar foto ditempel di formulir lamaran dan 2 lembar lainnya ditulisi
   nama Pelamar di bagian belakang foto 
   Catatan: Bagi pelamar yang bertempat tinggal di luar negeri persyaratan pada butir vi
   sampai dengan viii harus dapat dipenuhi pada saat daftar ulang apabila
   dinyatakan lulus pada ujian seleksi tahap terakhir.
   g. Lamaran beserta lampiran tersebut pada butir (f) disusun rapi sesuai urutan di atas dalam map kertas jepit berlubang dengan warna:
   i. Biru untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S-1;
   ii. Kuning untuk Pelamar PDK berijazah S-2;
   iii. Hijau untuk Pelamar BPKRT;
   iv. Merah untuk Pelamar PK ; dan
   v. Putih untuk Pelamar Dokter.
   h. Map lamaran beserta lampiran dimasukkan dalam amplop warna coklat dan ditulis pada pojok kiri atas kode lamaran PDK atau BPKRT atau PK atau Dokter.
   i. Berkas lamaran yang tidak memenuhi persyaratan tersebut di atas tidak akan diproses.
   j. Berkas lamaran yang diterima Panitia menjadi milik Panitia dan tidak dapat diminta
   kembali oleh Pelamar.
   k. Pelamar diminta untuk tidak melampirkan dokumen-dokumen lain selain yang tersebut pada butir f.
     
   V. TAHAPAN DAN JADWAL SELEKSI
   A. Seleksi penerimaan PDK, BPKRT dan PK dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:
   1. Seleksi Administrasi;
   2. Ujian Tulis Substansi dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris (meliputi masalah
   nasional, internasional dan pengetahuan umum) dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan
   pada tanggal 4 September 2010 (PDK, BPKRT dan PK). Tempat pelaksanaan
   ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;
   3. Ujian Kemampuan/Penguasaan Bahasa Inggris atau Bahasa Asing Lainnya (Arab,
   China, Inggris, Jepang, Perancis, Rusia, Jerman dan Spanyol) berdasarkan pilihan
   peserta, dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 – 9 Oktober 2010. Tempat
   pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;
   4. Tes Pemeriksaan Psikologi dan Wawancara Substansi serta Tes Penguasaan
   Teknologi Informasi/Komputer dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 18 –
   22 Oktober 2010. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;
   5. Peserta yang lulus pada setiap tahapan ujian akan diumumkan melalui situs
   http://e-cpns.deplu.go.id;
   6. Seleksi dilakukan dengan sistem gugur dan keputusan Panitia tidak dapat
   diganggu gugat.
     
   B. Seleksi penerimaan Dokter dilakukan dengan tahapan-tahapan sebagai berikut:
   1. Seleksi Administrasi;
   2. Ujian Kompetensi Tertulis, dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 4
   September 2010. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan kemudian;
   3. Tes Pemeriksaan Psikologi dan Wawancara dijadwalkan akan dilaksanakan pada
   tanggal 18 – 22 Oktober 2010. Tempat pelaksanaan ujian akan ditentukan
   kemudian;
     
   VI. PENGUMUMAN HASIL SELEKSI ADMINISTRASI DAN PENGAMBILAN KARTU TANDA PESERTA UJIAN
   1. Hanya Peserta yang telah melakukan registrasi online dan memenuhi seluruh
   persyaratan untuk melamar/persyaratan pendaftaran, yang akan diluluskan dalam
   tahapan Seleksi Administrasi. Hasil Seleksi Administrasi dijadwalkan akan diumumkan
   pada tanggal 30 Agustus 2010 melalui situs http://e-cpns.deplu.go.id.
   2. Pelamar yang telah dinyatakan lulus tahapan Seleksi Administrasi diwajibkan untuk mengambil Kartu Tanda Peserta Ujian (KTPU) sebagai syarat mengikuti Ujian Tulis Substansi.
   3. KTPU harus diambil sendiri oleh peserta ujian di Pusdiklat Kemlu, Jalan
   Sisingamangaraja No. 73, Jakarta Selatan, dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri.
   Apabila Peserta mewakilkan pengambilan KTPU kepada pihak ketiga, maka diperlukan Surat Kuasa bermeterai dengan menunjukkan kartu identitas diri Peserta dan Penerima Kuasa, serta menyerahkan fotokopi kartu identitas diri dimaksud.
   4. Jadwal pengambilan KTPU dijadwalkan akan diumumkan kemudian melalui situs
   http://e-cpns.deplu.go.id.
     
   VII. LAIN-LAIN
   1. Kementerian Luar Negeri tidak bertanggung jawab atas pungutan atau tawaran berupa apapun oleh oknum-oknum yang mengatasnamakan Kementerian Luar Negeri atau Panitia.
   2. Peserta diharapkan tidak melayani tawaran-tawaran untuk mempermudah penerimaan sebagai Calon Pegawai Negeri Sipil Kementerian Luar Negeri.
   3. Bagi mereka yang telah dinyatakan lulus hingga tahapan terakhir seleksi, tetapi
   mengundurkan diri diwajibkan mengganti biaya yang telah dikeluarkan Panitia sebesar Rp 15.000.000,- ( Lima  Belas Juta Rupiah) untuk PDK dan Dokter dan Rp
   10.000.000,- (Sepuluh Juta Rupiah) untuk BPKRT dan PK.
   4. Lamaran yang dikirimkan kepada Kementerian Luar Negeri sebelum pengumuman ini dianggap tidak berlaku.
   5. Informasi resmi yang terkait dengan Seleksi Penerimaan CPNS Kemlu 2010 hanya dapat dilihat dalam situs http://e-cpns.deplu.go.id. Para Pelamar disarankan untuk terus memantau situs dimaksud.

Position: National Programme Officer (Food and Nutrition Security
Field Analyst)
Contract Type: Special Service Agreement
Duration: 3 months with possibility for extension
Duty Station: Jakarta, Indonesia

Accountabilities: Within assigned Country-Office and under direct
supervision of a lead international consultant and supported by the UNICEF
and WFP team, the NPO will be responsible for the following duties:

1. Conduct interviews with WFP, UNICEF and key partners.
2. Review the existing WFP and UNICEF conceptual frameworks and
analytical approaches underpinning the analysis of household vulnerability
to, impact of, and recovery from shocks.
3. Examine and analize existing systems (joint and individual), joint
studies, assessments, a sample of reports and any other relevant method of
collaboration related to the monitoring and reporting on food and
nutrition security.
4. Create a list of all data sources used by the GoI, WFP and UNICEF.
Conduct an analysis of their accuracy and validity and, in particular, of
food security indicators.
5. Complete an inventory of indicators.
6. Using the existing data, design methods and draft a Food and
Nutrition Security Profile.
7. Identify gaps and make recommendations on data collection,
processing, analysis and reporting.
8. Identify ways and means to strengthen and expand collaboration in
monitoring the impacts of crises on vulnerable households to inform policy
and programs.
9. Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications and Experiences:
University degree in nutrition or related discipline, Masters
degree preferred.
At least 5 years of professional experience in the field of food
security, nutrition, vulnerability analysis and in depth knowledge of
these topics within the country context.
Strong analytical and statistical skills to assess and analyze the
data and information available in the country. This includes ability to
use standard statistical packages such as SPSS and STATA, etc.
Ability to work independently and on deadline.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Excellent record of sharing information and knowledge within
colleagues, managers and clients.
Fluency in both oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia.
